Angelina E Gigliotti , VRHS Class of 1983
RENSSELAER - The world lost a beloved mother, Angelina E. Gigliotti, on May 6, 2024. She passed away unexpectedly in the comfort of her home early Monday morning. Angelina was born in Albany, N.Y. on March 30, 1965, to her parents, the late Eugenio and Lorraine Lawyer Gigliotti, of Rensselaer, N.Y. Angelina attended Rensselaer High School and later became employed by Mazzone's Hospitality. She was a hard worker in the Empire State Plaza for many years, where she was loved and will be missed by so many, especially her co-workers from over her years at Prime. Angelina is survived by her daughter, Ciera L. Castro; and her loving sister, Eugenia M. Gigliotti; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her two brothers, Emilio E. and Pietro G. Gigliotti, both of Rensselaer. Angelina will be remembered by her big, long, curly hair, and her hearty, infectious laugh that took over the room.
