Raymond "Flip" Clark Baldwin , VRHS Class of 1966

Raymond Clark "Flip" Baldwin, 73 of Averill Park entered into eternal rest surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, November 7, 2021.

Flip was the loving husband to his wife Cathy (Meyer) for over 55 years. In addition to his wife, survivors include his children; Leah Baldwin Bradway Darcy, Eric (Michele) Baldwin, Ray (Tracy) Baldwin, Cathy (Jay) Smith, and Shane (Shannon) Baldwin; sisters Nancy Allen and Kathy (Dale) Keenan; Grandchildren Rory (Jessica) Bradway, Ryan Bradway, Richard Bradway, John "Bub" (Michela) Mott, Corrine (Jonathan) Hawley, Shane (Cassie Walsh) Baldwin, Jr.; great grandchildren Bella Bradway, Carson Bradway, Madison Mott, Lily Hawley, and Landon Hawley as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters Barbara (Edward) Pogoda, Gene (Bob) Babb, Christine Baldwin and great grandson Hunter Bradway.

Flip was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He loved baseball and was devoted to his beloved New York Yankees. Flip's other lady love was his canine companion Winnie.

A private remembrance gathering was held on Saturday. Those desiring, may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1 Penny Lane, Latham, New York 12110, in memory of Raymond C. "Flip" Baldwin. -- with Kathy Baldwin Keenan.
