Catskill Chapter in 1959, for many years she served as matron, and then became a life member of the Mountain Star Oasis Chapter, No. 237, O.E.S. in Windham after merging with the Catskill Chapter. Prior to her illness she held offices with the committee to Preserve the Lighthouse, Greene County Historical Society, Young Republican Women and On-Ti-Ora Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
