Earl M Hall , VRHS Class of 1928

RENSSELAER - Earl M. Hall, 92, of Northside Ave., died April 22, 2002 at Memorial Hospital, after a long illness. Born in Rensselaer, he was a lifelong resident. A retired insurance salesman, Mr. Hall was an army veteran of World War II, member of the Kinderhook Lodge of Elks #2530, former chairman of the board of the First United Methodist Church in Rensselaer, past president and former member of the Rensselaer Kiwanis Club, and former member and chairman of the Rensselaer City Zoning Board of Appeals.
The devoted husband of the late Eleanor Williams Hall; father of Earl W. Hall and wife, Nancy of Taunton, MA and John A. Hall and wife, Claire of Rensselaer; proud grandfather of Jason J. Hall, Laurie Markwald, Dr. David and Michael Hall; great-grandfather of Andrew S. Hall, Elizabeth Hall and Maxwell Markwald; brother of the late Jen Dutcher, Gertrude V., Arthur, Morton, Hobart, Eva, Gladys and Fanny Hall and uncle of Dorothy Dutcher. Interment in Bloomingrove Cemetery, DeFreestville.
