Swinyer, Dolly M. RENSSELAER Dolly M. Swinyer, 65, of Rensselaer died Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Albany Medical Center. Dolly was born in Rensselaer to the late Gladys Commerford and Ernest "Bill " "Red" Van Valkenburgh. She retired in 2007 after 23 years as an administrator for NYS Disability Fraud division. Predeceased by her husband, Salvatore Cirrincione; one sister, Florence Marshall and two brothers, Edgar VanValkenburgh and Gene VanValkenburgh Dolly is survived by her two daughters, Gwen Cirrincione and Tanya (Vincent) Luciano-Swinyer; one son, Carl Swinyer; four grandchildren, Darlene Peasley, James Folsom, Cassandra Luciano and Haley Swinyer and one great- granddaughter, Bella Peasley She is also survived by two dear friends, Marie Lehman and Kathy Wilcox and fourteen nieces and nephews. Wake was at Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home with interment in Greenbush Cemetery.
