Debra "Debbie" Ann Ellis , VRHS Class of 1973
Rensselaer- Debra Ellis age 62 passed Sunday, September 17, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Albany and lived in Rensselaer most of her life. She was a graduate of Rensselaer High School. Debra was employed at Parkside Veterinary Hospital for the past 30 years. She was a sports fan and loved the NY Mets and Green Bay Packers. She enjoyed traveling and loved animals of all kinds. Daughter of the late Dennis and Arlene (Gardner) Ellis. Mother of John Scarcella. Step mother of Andrea Morris, Lauren Alcombright and Mackenzie Alcombright. Sister of Dennis Ellis, Ed Ellis and Donna Landers. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.
