The family would like to thank her aide Tammy Wolfe, the staff at Evergreen Commons as well as the nurses at Memorial Hospital (Heart Program Infusion Unit) for the wonderful care that they provided for our mother. Interment will be in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jean's memory to the Church of St. John the Evangelist and St. Joseph, P.O.
