Barrington, Frances A. DELMAR Frances A. Barrington, 93, died Thursday, October 11, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Lutheran Health Care Center. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Mary (Walsh) Barrington. Frances worked for the N.Y.S. Department of Health as a technician for 40 years, prior to her retirement. She is survived by her brother Joseph (Pam) Barrington; her sister Mary Donato and several nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her siblings, Eileen, Elizabeth, William and James Barrington.
