EAST GREENBUSH Beatrice Cook, 95, of East Greenbush died peacefully Monday, October 23, 2017, at Evergreen Commons.

Beatrice was born in Cambridge and was the secretary of the family business, Glen S. Cook & Son, Commercial Photographers. Bea was a life member of the Van Rensselaer Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile, and Daughters of the American Revolution. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Glen P. Cook; her twin sister, Elizabeth (Betty) Preston; and brother Walter G. Center Jr. Bea and Betty always had fun making the most of being identical twins! Bea loved to read, watch baseball and was a whiz at word search puzzles! She is the loving mother of Glen R., David A. (Laura), and Robert G. (Lisa) Cook; proud grandmother of April and Kimber Cook, Elisabeth and Glen Cook, and Dayna Smith. She is also survived by her dear sister, Ethel Center, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. We'll all miss being able to share a cup of tea with Bea.
