EAST GREENBUSH Leonard P. Osborne, 82, passed into eternal peace Monday, July 9, 2018, at home surrounded by his family. Born to the late Lily and William C. Osbourne, Leonard graduated from Rensselaer High School. He retired from L.B. Smith where he was employed for many years. An avid fan of the Dodgers and Rams, Leonard also loved working with model trains, bowling, camping, fishing, country music, and yearly trips to Maine. He enjoyed watching British Comedies, wrestling, and spending time with his family and family get togethers. Predeceased by his son, Michael J. Osborne. Leonard is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rose M. (Catalfamo) Osborne; two daughters, Susan J. Osborne and Gary Fox of Rensselaer and Laurie and Wallace Law Jr. of Rensselaer; one son, William M. Osborne of Micco, Fla.; four beautiful grandchildren, Stephanie Anne Marie Law, Alexander James Law, Jacob Isaac Law, and Mackenzie Rose Law; and one sister, Barbara J. and Leonard Johnson of Guilderland. Our family would like to thank Dr. John Rosenberger and the Community Hospice especially "Brianna" for her loving care of Leonard. Interment is in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
