Gary "Ted" Welsh, Class of 1970, now living in Prescott, Arizona has announced the publication of his first book: "Restoring America's Promise: A Constitutional America". Ted, a professional truck driver, has worked on this effort for seven years in his spare time.
He explains that he was driven by the thought that Americans are losing their liberty. Despite being his first book, Ted and his co-author, Thomas Zaleski, feel confident that their message is right on target.
