Mary Jane (Farrugia) Ryan , VRHS Class of 1955
RENSSELAER -- Mary Jane Ryan, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at St. Peter's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joseph W. Ryan; mother of Joseph P. Ryan, Terry (Aaron) Beach, Mary Jane (Allen) Brozowski, Linda (Edward) Sargent, Kelly Blue and Sharon Ryan; and sister of Frances Colluccia. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be in the W. J. Lyons, Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Ave., Rensselaer on Saturday at 10 a.m. All are welcome to attend. Calling hours will be at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 p.m. Interment will be in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary Jane's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
