Tedford, Carole RENSSELAER Carole Tedford, 73, of Rensselaer, died on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Albany Medical Center. Carole was born in Albany, the daughter of the late William and Velva (Mowers) DeBrocky. She was a home maker for her 11 children all of her life. Later in life Carole lived with her son Scott and daughter-in-law Jill. Wife of the late John W. Tedford Sr.; devoted mother of Diane "Dee Dee" (Michael) McGinn, Wendy Tedford, Terry J. (Thomas) Hickey, Linda (Daniel) Russell, Bonny (Jason) Kroh, Beth Tedford, Laurel Tedford, John Tedford Jr., Scott (Jill) Tedford Sr., Craig (Kristen) Tedford, Mark (Emily) Tedford. Sister of Shirley, June, Ruth, Brandt (Freda), Rodman (Prudence), Russell, William Jr. Sisters-in-law of Jane Gundrum (Robert) and Lois Rarick (Wolfe). Carole is also survived by her 23 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Friday, February 6, 2015, at 7 p.m. at the Rockefeller Funeral Home. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her calling hours 4-7 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside services will start at the funeral home on Saturday at 10 a.m. and then to the Albany Rural Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, at 12 p.m., at the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall, 4 Cobbler Lane, Rensselaer.
