Bailey, John Kapp SCHODACK John "Jack" Kapp Bailey, 80, of Schodack, died peacefully at home on Saturday, August 17, 2013. John was born in Albany to the late Mary Kapp and Kenneth E. Bailey and raised in Rensselaer. He retired in 1994 after 11 years as a tax map information officer at the Albany County Court House, Real Property Tax Department. Prior to that he was a milkman for Normanskill and Crowley dairy for 24 years. Jack enjoyed many an afternoon fishing on the Battenkill with his dad. In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his son, Jeffrey W. Bailey, and one sister, Mary Jane Bailey. John is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carol G. (George) Bailey; three sons, John K. Bailey, Kenneth E. Bailey, and Peter M. Bailey; one brother, Robert D. Bailey; and granddaughters, Kelli Bailey and Megan Bailey. Jack is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
