Oscar Bellamy III March 7, 1950 ~ April 7, 2020 (age 70) He was a man of good character; honest, respectful, patient, kind, charitable, trustworthy, prayerful, integrity caring, and fair. He always kept his word and he always loved from the heart. Oscar is smiling down from Heaven strengthening us and saying continue the work.
