Richard Rowe , VRHS Class of 1980
Richard Rowe, 61 years, of West Sand Lake, passed away on Sunday December 20, 2020 at Samaritan Hospital. He was born on Tuesday June 9, 1959 in Albany, the son of the late Francis and Doris (Baker) Rowe. Survivors Include: his sibling Thomas (Lois) Rowe and Joseph Rowe, and Nancy Rowe. Due to Covid the family has postponed memorial services until the Spring.
