Dale A Blanck , VRHS Class of 1985

TROY -- Dale A. Blanck, 54 of Troy, passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at his home with his family by his side. Dale was born on June 24, 1966, in Albany, the son of Helen M. (Welsh) DeTullio and the late Arnold D. Blanck.

He was a dispatcher at Polsinello Fuels from the time he was 16 until it became Mirabito. Dale was an avid Red Socks fan. Dale was a life member and treasurer of the Rensselaer City Chemical and Hose Company No. 4.

He was predeceased by his sister Donna Raia. Survivors include his beloved wife of 36 years, Sheri L. (Boniface) Blanck; his devoted children, Brian Blanck, Nichole (Shawn) Perez, Dale Blanck Jr., and Brett (Brandy) Blanck; his mother Helen M. (Welsh) (the late Abe) DeTullio; his siblings, Helen Perrin, Gene (Tammy) Hilstro, Cindy Hilstro, Marybeth Chevrette, Desiree Blanck, Paul Blanck, and Joe (Kate) LaMountain; and his extended siblings, Kevin (Cheryl) Blanck, Allen (Nancy) Blanck, David (Tracey) Blanck, Keith Blanck, and Wendy (Doug) Blanck. He was the poud poppy of Jennah Perez, Shawn Perez Jr., Owen Elacqua, Jameson, Jase, Mayson, Beau, and Levi Blanck, and Freyja Smith. Dale is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
