Ronald "Ron" F Snyder , VRHS Class of 1962
Ronald F. Snyder, 78 years, of Rensselaer, passed away on Tuesday August 17, 2021 He was born in Kingston, the son of the late Frederick and the late Emma ( Burger) Snyder He worked for Mobil Oil Corp. as a warehouse worker and retired from there in 1976. He enjoyed spending time with his family, bowling, and fighting fires with Pumper 4 in Rensselaer. His greatest love was being a member of the Drum Corp, where he was a member of the Valiant Crusaders, and then the Interstatesmen. Survivors Include: Son Corey (Lisa) Miller Sr. of Selkirk Son Edward (Robin) Miller of Niagra Falls Daughter Kellie (Snyder) Alfeld of East Durham Daughter Kim (Snyder) Harm of Cairo 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. His life long friend and Corp brother Bill Siddon Predeceased by daughter Shannon (Snyder) Tanner and Grandson Kristopher Tanner. Special thank you to Ron's niece Gina LaRose for her love and care.
